    The Toro range of inline machines have been designed to work on all types of marble, granite, stone and agglomerates. These machines are versatile in order for them to work in small, medium or large size establishments in the building, design and monumental. The shaping of the rounded profiles is carried out with universal tools, completely eliminating the use of expensive shaped grinding wheels. Easy to use, these machines can be made to meet all types of needs both in the small and large industry. A new generation of Toro includes a friendly use horizontal inline automatic multi-spindle machines, driven by computerized electronic controls over a precise building mechanics, result of tested, appreciated and unequalled GMM experience.
    BODY
    Made in electro-welded structure, machined with cnc machinery. Thermal treatment to unstress materials due to welding. Surface for the belt is rectified and lined with a wear-resistant steel plate, which can be replaced. Sandblasting and special treatment with zinc base and double component paints.
    SPINDLES
    Same on all units. Cover for safety on all moving parts and a double labyrinth seal for better water and humidity resistance.
    BEVELS
    They make the double bevel on the straight edge. They are mounted at 45°. The two fi rst (up and down) have the possibility to use diamond tools and to reach a fi x position driven by the computerized system to obtain the perfect required bevel. Their entry and exit on the material is programmable regardless of the work on the straight edge.
    CALIBRATORS, DRIP CUT, MULTI-FUNCTIONAL UNIT
    Can be placed at the entry and exit of the machine. With various configurations, they allow to work with the axis in vertical position, inclined and horizontal. On these units we can install levigating heads, profiling tools, bush hammering unit, discs for cutting. In order to work properly, they have double speed motors.
    OSCILLATING BAR
    Allows to perform and polish the chosen profile using universal tools. The bar, made in strong aluminium casting, is made to oscillate by means of a double reducer and lever moved by two brushless motors.
    The spindles which are governed by separate hydraulic motors have various speeds from 2200 rev/min to 1000 rev/min, starting from the universal diamond tool up to the last polishing grain.
    The computerized system allows programming a micro-oscillation (“swing”) on straight edges or on fl at inclined profiles.
    PROGRAMMING
    With its 8” touch screen it is possible to do all the works necessary in a very simple and quick manner. By setting the profile and the thickness the machine positions all the heads automatically eliminating huge time wasting procedures, previously done manually.
    In less than a minute the machine can be changed from one work to another. It is possible to program each single head to optimize the entry on the piece to be worked or to execute partial work on bull-nose or fl at profiles. It is possible to carry out analysis and statistics regarding the times and quantities produced, as well as processing quotes. Also it is possible to memorize all the parameters used to produce a certain piece and recall this data when necessary.
    ELECTRICAL CABINET
    Is positioned on the machine.
    PROTECTIONS
    The covers are all in heavy duty fi berglass on the front side of the machines and in stainless steel on all single units. All the spindles have pressure gauge and seperate pressure regulation and can be excluded or work in semi or fully automatic mode. Particular attention has been paid to the shape of the machine in order for it to be easy for normal maintenance work and change of tooling.

    This AUTOMATIC CYCLE machine, that was designed for the sawing of 1000 max. high blocks, is targeted to the production of large thickness slabs for tombstone art, building elements and paving stones.
    The axis positioning is ensured by a PLC controlled system that comprises electronic vector regulators (inverters) and position digital transducers (encoders).
    Disc down feed can be programmed during last phase of each cutting stroke thus permitting stroke immediate reciprocation and consequent “PENDULAR” motion that eliminates unproductive time.
    The machine is equipped with VANISHING DISC that reduces noise level in any working position. Owing to the components high quality, to the sturdiness and precision of the mechanical parts, M950EF is an highly productive and reliable machine that maintains its great efficiency in time.
    Two large contact surface “V” guides, machined onto the bridge, allow for trolley clearance- free sliding driven by a rack/pinion system.
    Anti friction slides between trolley and bridge and continuous lubrication oil pits cut along the “V” guides enable the trolley stroke to be smooth and without vibrations even in case of high travelling speed.
    Contrasting wheels, that compact trolley and bridge, allow discharging of the cutting stress directly onto the foundations.
    The disc holder unit comprises an upper platform for main motor mounting and the spindle assembly that are connected to form a sole body through three ground chrome plated large diameter columns that slide vertically into protected housings machined onto trolley structure.
    The two columns in front position absorb longitudinal stress caused by cutting action and improve disc performance.
    Vertical displacement is driven in a balanced way through two synchronized screw/lead nut systems motioned by encoder controlled gear motor.
    Bridge moves along two track ways fixed onto foundations. Bridge transversal displacement is driven through two rack/pinion systems that are synchronized through a connecting shaft motioned by an encoder equipped and inverter adjusted speed gear motor.
    Bridge sliding along track ways is guided through two pairs of bearing wheels, with large centreline distance (1200 mm), that ensure bridge stability.
    A system of auxiliary contrast wheels reacts to all vertical stress and allows for a very smooth disc performance。

    TRIMWIRE harmonizes the advantages of a stationary machine with a mobile quarry machine.
    Very unique, it is composed of a single wire structure installed on a tracks vehicle equipped with a diesel engine that makes the system independent from any external energy source.
    The machine is designed to be easily configured for transport from quarry to quarry on trailer.
    Once the machine has been stabilized on the side of the block by 4 hydraulic stabilizers, the cutting arch is brought to the desired height and opened to align the wire to the face of the block to be cut.
    The cut is performed vertically thanks to the movement of the arch structure along the column.

    This machine performs the longitudinal cuts of marble or granite slabs into strips with predetermined length by means of diamond discs. It is equipped with a variable number of discs and with different automation levels and powers according to the production needs.
    M744 is available also in the version for marble and granite strips with 2, 3 or 4 discs.
    Pedrini M744 trimming machines perform the longitudinal continuous cutting of marble or granite strips and slabs to produce elements with defined width.
    All Pedrini M744 trimming machines are available in several versions and with different automation levels.
    On demand, M744 machines can be manufactured in special versions to cut semi-finished products having different sizes compared to the standard.
    Trimming machines M744LV are normally used for the trimming of up to 650 mm wide strips of marble and granite.
    Whether used individually or included in a production line, M744LV can be equipped with a different number of discs to enable different processing:
    . with 2 discs it allows to trim strips to get the final width;
    . with 3 discs it allows to trim and get two strips from a single strip;
    . with 4 discs it allows to trim and get three strips from a single strip.
    Trimming machines M744LD, M744MD and M744KD are particularly suitable for high production cutting lines for marble and granite slabs.
    Trimming machines for slabs can be equipped with a different number of disc holder heads according to the minimum processed sizes (5, 6, 7 or 8) and to the slabs width.
    As option, the first disc holder head can be mounted in an opposite position to the others so to recover undersized elements from the remaining waste.
    A special double-coated rubber belt moves the slab to the machine entry.
    Special guides keep the conveyor belt straight movement ensuring the cuts linearity.
    The disc holder heads are directly selected from the control panel. The heads which are not used are excluded by means of a pneumatic system without removing the disc.
    After the execution of the cuts, on request, a special waste crushing unit is mounted at the machine exit allowing to cut the waste into small pieces facilitating its fall on the removal conveyor belt.

    M920 structure is mainly composed of a bridge and a mobile disc-holder trolley. Two bridge cross beams are fixed to concrete walls. The bridge has been manufactured in large thickness honeycomb structure and machined on all the reference surfaces by one sole positioning on tool machine.
    All parts have undergone structural checks following the FEM (Finite Element Method) and their precision ensures perfect machine geometry and correct assembly on site. The machine surface is protected with two layers of paint applied after the sandblasting operation.
    The exclusive “V” shaped double guides which linearly and constantly drive the disc-holder trolley along the bridge are machined onto the upper part of the bridge. The two sliding side cross beams are equipped with adjustment and foundations fixing systems.     KRONOS is a 5/6 axis interpolated milling/work center machine with automatic tool change. It is available in the version with a Z axis stroke of 600 mm or with a Z axis stroke of 800 mm.
    It is one of a kind machine as it combines the typical features of a milling cutter and those of a work center/contouring machine. The Parametrix software and the wooden overbench, allow to perform cutting operations as a traditional milling cutter; the KRONOS range, compared to the traditional working centers, is the sole solution offering specific software for simple and intuitive cutting.
