• Product Introduction

This series of products utilizes rollers to drive the diamond wire to move back and forth. Through the lifting of the workpiece to be processed, the diamond wire cuts the workpiece to achieve the purpose of processing. It is mainly used for the processing of slabs such as marble, artificial stone, graphite, refractory bricks, and composite materials. SINGLEWIRE OZTKM 01, Produced by Ozteknik, is an open frame single wire machine for squaring blocks of marble and granite and for thick cuts.
The machine structure is made of two columns strongly fixed to foundations and one connecting transversal beam built in large thickness normalized steel work. Two carts which slide vertically on the columns of the support structure for the vertical motion of the cutting wire. The carts are moved vertically by screw/nut screw mechanisms, which are controlled by asynchronous motor.The wire is rotated by a driving pulley with a diameter of 2200 mm. TRIMWIRE harmonizes the advantages of a stationary machine with a mobile quarry machine.

Very unique, it is composed of a single wire structure installed on a tracks vehicle equipped with a diesel engine that makes the system independent from any external energy source.

The new Diamond wire cutting machine NDF 6870/60 is a multi-wire machine designed to produce boards and plates of varying thickness from the large blocks of marble and natural stone. This new unit represents the most modern technology in what refers to the primary sawing of the stone blocks, becoming the alternative to the traditionally used sawing methods, since it improves the production capacity quantitatively, efficiently taking advantage of the energy resources needed to the production of materials and significantly reducing the production costs of the cutting phase.

The multiple diamond wire cutter is a machine that stands out for its efficiency and high productivity, designed to obtain high yields, which is characterized by its great robustness, thanks to its particular design that forms a compact, balanced and balanced set where all movements are concentrated, and its proven reliability and that of the elements that compose it, being all designed to withstand the toughest working conditions.

The main structure of the machine is basically composed of two sturdy columns formed by two steel-welded steel structures, connected between them by an upper crossbar. On both columns the structure of the main frame that joins the two trolleycarriages is mounted, which move vertically supported on both columns on linear guides with linear roller recirculation skates and actuated by a pair of spindles rolled with recirculating nuts balls, synchronized and operated by two motor-reducers with independent servo motors for the ascent / descent of the threads with a smooth and precise movement, located in the upper part of both columns, the entire guide assembly is perfectly protected by PVC bellows . SIMECWIRE /01
Is a fixed machine which performs the cutting of marble and granite blocks by means of a diamond wire. The wire is installed on a structure at a variable dimension, whilst the block, loaded on a trolley, is at a fixed dimension. All the family of the SIMECWIRE/01 products features first quality-technical solutions, guaranteeing high reliability and accuracy in time.

Using years of experience in building diamond wire cutting machines, Poeiras by Indseq developed Multiwire Demetrius Machinery Line allowing its clients to choose between roller and fixed models.
Each diamond wire has an independent tensioning system, allowing the total tensionning effect and the downward moving speed create an optimal cut while reducing the diamond wire fatigue of to the minimum.

Monowire is a cutting machine for ornamental stone diamond wire that has as main purpose the preparation of the raw material extracted crude for further processing. For the same reason, it is prepared to process large blocks and can run sheet for sawing or polishing disc by cutting, or simply hit blocks for mills strip or multiwire.
One of the main advantages of the diamond wire cutting, in addition to smoothness and low power consumption, is precisely cut large floor area, far superior to any disc machine. In normal operation is expected yields in the order of 2,8m2 / h granite (with level. Descending = 80cm / h) or 7m2 / h marble (with level. Descending = 2m / h). Monowire MF / MFC
