The single beam system, constituted by structural square aluminium profile, makes this saw very tough and precise. 4 detachable legs equipped with adjustable feet. Devised and designed for marble workshop and big stone industries.
Perfect for cutting natural stone, marble, granite, Grès porcelain stoneware, etc. Inclination of the bridge from 90° to 45° by means of a handwheel placed in the right side of the machine base.
The cutting head, both at 90° and 45°, is perfectly in line with the middle of the machine; this feature allows to have a big surface for leaning slabs.
Adjustment of cutting depth is by means of a flywheel above the motor unit.
The work surface, in multilayer marine plywood (phenolic), ensures stability, resistance to bending, resistance to water and damp. Equipped with a cooling system for the cutting disc: a pump for the circulation of water, positioned within the collection tank, allows water to flow onto the disc for cooling.
The self-supporting tank, in sheet metal, has an extra support frame and it’s completely welded to structural reinforcements that guarantee maximum resistance to torsion/bending.
Its emptying is made by opening the draining cap.
The tank has some hooks for using 8 side roller tables, 4 front and 4 rear, which aim is to facilitate the slabs movement and giving greater stability to the machinery.
Each side roller table has 4 legs with adjustable feet.
ACCESSORIES SUPPLIED: electrical switchboard, 3 extension side roller tables 150×50 cm, instruction manual, lateral fence, precision laser, set of wrenches, side stop.

Simple and precise to cut in miter and / or false square to cut marble, granite, quartz, porcelain and solid surfaces.
The tilting head allows the blade to cut from 0º to +45 to make miter cuts easily, quickly and accurately.
The work bench is rotatable from + 45º to -45º to cut false square.
The machine is built with a monoblock structure, it does not need a foundation. It is also equipped with a basin that collects the residual water.
The workbench is made up of a series of plastic rollers (not motorized) installed on supports parallel to each other, which maintain the horizontal plane and rotate the degrees set by the operator on the display, with respect to the direction of advance of the disc. cut.
The workbench is equipped with a pneumatic clamping system that locks the material against the feed guide when cutting the diamond blade.
The head carrier bridge moves from 0º to + 45º from the vertical position. The rotation movement is mechanical and controlled from the display.
On this bridge composed of chrome bars, protected and with self-lubricating bushings, the cutting head moves.
In the upper part of the bridge is the control panel, with the functions of forward, backward, emergency stop, spindle forward speed, degrees of rotation of the workbench, to allow easy operation of the machine according to the safety rules.
The cutting head is equipped with an electric motor that transmits through V-belts and in a position where it is protected from water. The head is built in a way that prevents dirt from entering when working.
The cutting unit is equipped with a valve for cooling the blade.
The electrical system is installed in an electrical panel on the machine, on one side. The frequency variator is installed in this box to adjust the cutting head advance speed. Also installed are the display of the degrees of rotation of the bench and display of the degrees of inclination of the head.
The header is built to do the following movements:

Rotating movement of the workbench by button
Bridge tilt movement via button
Locking by means of pneumatic cylinders to the two mobile jaws.

Machinery Function Features:
Mounted on a steel chassis, machine has a closed railing with lubrication system. Makes accurate and sensitive cutting works of given dimensions, by using both moving speed control and cutting speed control.
Desired dimensions of the stone are valued to the analog screen and machine is taken to the mode of Cutting Dimensions. Crank of saw moves down and the carriage wagon moves automatically, starts to cut stone. When the carriage comes out from the stone, saw automatically moves to upwards. Carriage wagon comes to the starting point again. Tower motor counts to the required value and saw crank comes downwards again and starts to cut again. Cutting work keeps repeating like this way till the ending point.
In cutting direction, main saw cutting speed and carriage wagon speed can be adjusted to desired value. At the end of cutting point speed is steady to fast move.
Our side cutting machine is built on totaly steel construction. Anti-rust epoxi paint reinforcements, special transmission closed railing system is strengthened wit waterproof coverings.
Cutting system works with the help of 90 degrees and 45 degrees gearboxes.
Flat watertight motor models are used on our machine. Head movements are accurate and sensitive for quality of cutting works

The periodic maintenance of the machine has to be done daily, weekly and yearly.

In case of any problems resulting from any weak or none maintenance, buyer firm pays for repairing and fixing expenses.
Our company provides technical support as soon as possible depending on the conditions.
In case of any faults depending on user or wrong operating, any intervention will be executed after an expert examination on the machine.
It is under warranty in period of 1 years.
It is buyers duty to supply cutting saws on the machine.
Consumable parts of the machine are not included to the warranty. (like cutting saws)
