    The 70 rope cutting system is a machine designed to cut granite blocks into various thicknesses of plates. The machine consists of four columns on which four carriages move
    in the hydraulic system. Additionally, the structure has integrated hydraulic locks that enable the installation of lines. The drive drum is 2200 mm in diameter while on the other hand two drums are 880 in diameter and a group of hydraulic cable tensions. The machine is complete with an automatic locking system for the cut plates. The machine is equipped with a modern, hydraulic rope lowering / lifting system.     The PBO profiling machine of GRANI ROC is designed for a high precision dressing of blocks and slabbing and profiling production from stone blocks. The machine is composed of a static structure and a mobile trolley. All the movements are controlled by a 5 axes CNC panel board.

The data can be input directly in the CNC or by an ISO code file generated by the CAD-CAM software GraniCAD supplied with the machine.     Single wire saw for dressing blocks and cutting slabs. Has two main flywheels of large diameter (250 or 200 cm as to the maximum cutting height needed) to maximise the cutting speed and the life of the damond wire. The wire tensioning system is hydraulic.

    Stiff metallic structure can carry flywheels of diameter either 2000 or 2500 mm.

    Electronic drop speed control. The machine uses only two large flywheels (diameter 2000 or 2500 mm) thus reducing wire fatigue. The switchboard is separate from the machine, and includes a number of safety devices with segnalations of eventual anomalies of the cut.
