Machine properly studied and manufactured to cut big blocks, boulders and benches, when diamond wire speed adjustment is required. An inverter device is used to control and constantly adjust the diamond wire speed from 0 to 40 m/sec., according to the type of stone. The combination with the automatic feeding system by means of “supercard” or inverter, allows a very accurate management of the cutting tool and a very smooth and precise movement of the machine on the rails. It is possible to make two parallel cuts 170 or 200 cm wide and a complete rotation of 360° to cut on any angle, by means hydraulic device. The same device allows to make horizontal cuts at ground level without the use of any auxiliary accessories.

Being controlled by two sets of inverters and applying constant tension control principle, the moving speed of the machine can be adjusted automatically according to the changes of the cutting force to make sure the diamond wire saw be in the best cutting condition all the time.
The machine is without phase request. It doesnot need to change or distinguish the power phase. The machien has the following protection functions: wire broken protection, over-loading protection, open-phase protection, terminal limit, and so on.
The lateral moving and the rotation angle of the cutting haed are controlled and driven by electric motor. There is photoelectric procimity switch installed on the cutting head for position limitation protection. This function enables the machine to work normally under harsh circumstance with moisture and dust.
The real time parameters are displayed on the control platform, such as the set current of the main motor, the current and the rotation speed of the main motor,etc. It makes the operation and adjustment of the machine more convenient.
The machine can be operated manually and automatically. The manual and automatic functions can be shafted from each other. Under the automatic funstion, the machine can be unattended operated, and one worker is able to operate multiple machines.

The electronic system of feed control is extremely accurate and complete, thanking to the combined action of two motors:

The feeding on the rail is performed on a double central self-cleaning rack with double gear wheel. This system allows the machine to work even in slope position, preventing the risk of sliding. The Diesel engine (VM, 4 cylinders, 90kW, air-cooled) is connected GB to the main aluminium flywheel Ø 102 cm through a hydraulic converter and an orthogonal gearbox. TRIMWIRE harmonizes the advantages of a stationary machine with a mobile quarry machine.
Very unique, it is composed of a single wire structure installed on a tracks vehicle equipped with a diesel engine that makes the system independent from any external energy source.
The machine is designed to be easily configured for transport from quarry to quarry on trailer.
Once the machine has been stabilized on the side of the block by 4 hydraulic stabilizers, the cutting arch is brought to the desired height and opened to align the wire to the face of the block to be cut.
The cut is performed vertically thanks to the movement of the arch structure along the column.
