Steinex semi-automatic Splitting line designed for natural stone with a sawn surface for splitting products of small to medium dimensions. This line is equipped with 2 splitting cylinders, lower and upper, to maximize the quality of the split.

A special double-coated rubber belt moves the slab to the machine entry.

The disc holder heads are directly selected from the control panel. The heads which are not used are excluded by means of a pneumatic system without removing the disc.
After the execution of the cuts, on request, a special waste crushing unit is mounted at the machine exit allowing to cut the waste into small pieces facilitating its fall on the removal conveyor belt.

The single beam system (in aluminium) and the reinforced structure make this saw very tough, compact and precise. Devised and designed for marble-works. Perfect for cutting slabs of natural stone, marble, granite and Grès porcelain stoneware, but also for bricks and brickwork. Toothed belt transmission means that the operator can remain stationary without having to move with the cutting head.
Manual inclination of the bridge from 90° to 0° by means of a simple lever or reduction gear – for those who wish greater precision during the operation of setting the degrees. Adjustment of cutting depth is by means of a flywheel above the motor unit. Designed to function with blades of Ø300 Ø350 Ø400 Ø450 mm. Available in single-phase or three-phase version.
The work surface, in multilayer marine plywood (phenolic), ensures stability, resistance to bending, resistance to water and damp.
Equipped with a cooling system for the cutting disc: a pump for the circulation of water, positioned within the collection tank, allows water to flow onto the disc for cooling. The tank, in sheet metal, is completely welded to structural reinforcements that guarantee maximum resistance to torsion/bending. The tank is emptied by opening the draining cap. Detachable legs to facilitate transport.
