New Breton machine for cutting blocks and billets using a diamond wire, ideal for producing cylindrical/tapered columns, casings for columns, shaped and rough-hewed components for interior decoration through the interpolation of up to 10 axes.
FUEGO'S KEY FEATURES
The Fuego has two opposite "carriages" that move vertically independently on guides that have ball screws (protected by bellows). While one trolley is equipped with a motor and driven pulley, which are both 1,000 mm diameter, the opposite one has two 1,000 mm diameter driven pulleys. The tautness of the tension pulley is maintained by a pneumatic cylinder.
Two pairs of guidepulleys of 300 mm diameter ensure the precise guidance of the wire near the entrance and exit of the block to be cut.
The machine is equipped with a 6 wheel motorized trolley (3 of the trolley are a “V” profile wheel) with a motorized rotating loading platform.
The traverse and rotation axes of the trolley, which are interpolated with the downward movement of the diamond wire, allows the Fuego to perform complex profiles.
This machine can cut blocks with maximum dimension of up to 1,800 mm in height with a diamond wire that can incline up to +/- 20°, requiring a 300 mm recession in the foundation on either side of each column. With the wire parallel to the trolley surface, the distance between the diamond wire and the surface itself is 2,200 mm.
The deflection of the wire during the cutting operations is controlled by the operating system of the machine, based on the position of the tension piston that adjusts the cutting speed to always ensure the perfect accuracy of the finished product.
The electrical cabinet contains a digital inverter that controls the power of the main motor, drives for driven motors for the axes movement, and an NC unit and a color touch-screen operating panel.

MATCH is a loading – unloading robot designed to handle stone slabs (marble, granite, or stone material). It can realize the “book match” process, reassembling them as they where before loading, without using rotating roller conveyor.

SINGLE-HEAD SLAB POLISHING MACHINE TIPO MONO SP: is a single head slab polishing machine. Machine can be equipped both with marble and granite head (optional). Its portal structure enables a very high stability while processing.
The waterproof electric main box is integrated in the machine’s structure and it is located on the bridge left side. In the same area a small platform is set, which may transport operator during working process. Operator’s panel with all its controllers is located on the main electric box. All controllers can be reached by operator easily. Operator’s panel is equipped with a touch-screen terminal, which allows all working parameters managing
The soft-ware has been projected properly for such a kind of machine. Slabs’ shape’s scanning and storage are executed by operating spindle positioning. Soft-ware allows the choice of 4 different working cycles, and the number of each cycle’s repetition. Once the proper working cycle has been chosen, then machine ends automatically (without operator) the slab processing. Machine safety is assured by safety limit-switches and metallic and nylon safety protection. Machine is projected and manufactured according to EEC standards.
