OZKKM 700/500 AQUILA is monobloc bridge sawing machines that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allow every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up quality. The standard versions of AQUILA 700/500 is monobloc, i.e.: mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. OZKKM 700/500 AQUILA is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM”* analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machines, both have technical solutions similar to the ones of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, except for the Z axis, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start)
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate discs up to a diameter of 700 mm for the AQUILA 700, diameter of 500 mm for the AQUILA 500. The head of that machine can rotate “IN CONTINUOUS” i.e. always making the less route for positioning between one cut and another, for the benefit of productivity. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is possible to draw on the X-Y plane circles and circle arches of any size, in all the positions of the working area. The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc is manual from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The Bridge cutting machine monoblock structure of a completely steel chassis with no vibration provides a sensitive and rapid processing.
( AUTOMATIC ) The system takes the automatic mode, the hive moves manually down, the wagon moves automatically and starts to cut the salab and once the blade goes out of the slab it turns back to the start point and waites there.
( Semi-automatic ) The sizing data is entered on the screen and the system takes the sizing mode. The slab sizes are entered, the saw goes automatically down and starts to cut the slab and once it goes out of it, the hive moves automatically upwards and the saw goes to the start point. The bridge counts the required sizes and the hive comes down and starts to cut again. The Cutting work goes on till the given sizes and pieces are completely done.
( X-Y Full Automatic ) The screen takes the full automatic mode, the X-Y data is entered, the wanted length and pieces of the slab is enetered. The hive goes automatically down, the saw moves automatically and starts cutting the slab. Once finished, the hive moves automatically upwards and the saw goes back to the start point. Tour motor counts the sizes and the hive moves down again ( After the X cutting is done the system turns automatically the head saw and starts the Y sizing and it goes on like that till the work is completely done.)

The standard versions of AQUILA 750/650 is monobloc, i.e.: mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. The monobloc configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed time by time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being done.
OZKKM 750/650 AQUILA is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM”* analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machines, both have technical solutions similar to the ones of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, except for the Z axis, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start)
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate discs up to a diameter of 750 mm for the AQUILA 750, diameter of 650 mm for the AQUILA 650. The head of that machine can rotate “IN CONTINUOUS” i.e. always making the less route for positioning between one cut and another, for the benefit of productivity. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is possible to draw on the X-Y plane circles and circle arches of any size, in all the positions of the working area. The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc is manual from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be equipped with a tilting table (option) to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces

The machine is equipped with an insulated electric panel as well as an articulated control pendant which enables the operator to control the most important commands: Back/Forward and Up/Down for the head, and a potentiometer to control the advancing speed for both cutting directions.
The electric and tubes for tool cooling are supported by nylon cable holding chains.
