MATCH is a loading – unloading robot designed to handle stone slabs (marble, granite, or stone material). It can realize the “book match” process, reassembling them as they where before loading, without using rotating roller conveyor.
By using this robot on resin lines it is possible the direct loading of the slabs onto the trays. This option is extremely important in case of fragile or fractured material.
MATCH can be supplied with GRAB system which allows, in cooperation with suction cups, safe loading of travertine slabs and fragile materials.
MATCH for loading operation, (such as for all automatic Prometec loading machines), is equipped with a detaching device avoiding to load two or more “stuck” slabs. More over this machine uses, during the loading operation, a weighing system which reduces the risk for loading more than one slab at a time.

Bridge saw ITC AVS with manual advancement of the cutting head (by means of a flywheel on the right hand side of the machine). The single beam system (in aluminium) and the reinforced structure make this saw very tough, compact and precise. Devised and designed for marble-works. Toothed belt transmission means that the operator can remain stationary without having to move with the cutting head.
Manual inclination of the bridge from 90° to 0° by means of a simple lever or reduction gear – for those who wish greater precision during the operation of setting the degrees. The work surface, in multilayer marine plywood (phenolic), ensures stability, resistance to bending, resistance to water and damp.

Wind Star is the Steinex range of splitting machinery used in automatic splitting lines for splitting sawn stone and concrete.
In addition to the traditional upper and lower blades, Wind Star splitting machines are equipped with lateral or side blades. This four-blade system permits splitting pressure to be exerted to all four principal stone faces resulting in a straighter split or profile
With certain types of stone, using this technology it is possible to produce very thin cladding and tiles with a straight profile not normally achievable with traditional upper and lower blade systems
Additionally, Wind Star machines have a special internal frame, raising the lower blade so it makes direct contact with the bottom stone surface and is not impeded by any part of the machinery, optimizing the accuracy of the split.
