The bridge cutting machine SNM-FR is used for reducing marble and granite slabs into strips and tiles.
The motor is directly mounted on the spindle. The spindle unit moves vertically by means of an electric motor and reduction gear. The HK-0105/A Block Cutter is fully automatic. The table stands up to 80o, and we can put the slab on the table, then the table returns to the normal position and we begin cutting. The table rotates 45o and 90o. The disk moves up and down, toward and backward. It is laser guided. It is controlled by an inverter with ample functions, perfect accuracy, high reliability and easy operation.
It can cut more than one slab in the same time; we can cut per example 7 slabs per 2 cm of thickness, or 5 slabs per 3 cm of thickness.
Everything is automatic, only changing the measurements is manual.
Also we can produce this machine with full automatic system with PLC system, where the measurements are also automatic controlled.
