XAGUA is a water-system suction bench for air cleaning, it uses the water to wet the stone* dust and ceramic dust
How does it work?
An impressive suction effect all over the perimeter of the XAGUA guides the stone* dust effectively inside the machine, where it is captured by nebulized water drops. The created air flow is forced several times to change direction and the centrifugal forces abate the muddy particles into the tank. Drop separators with lamellar structure inside the dust extraction bench retain the humidity inside. The continuous water overflow takes out the dirty water from the bench.
The compact and sturdy metal structure, protected by ceramic and epoxy paint, together with galvanized steel plates and the pvc drop separators assure a low sound pressure and the investment in the long term.

SOLVER is a an automatic loading carriage with titling table.
Its main feature is a frame equipped with 18 or 21 suction cups that have been placed optimizing the surface coverage of the slabs to load.
The suction cups frame is also equipped with its own hydraulic or pneumatic movement able to roto- translate the slab towards the roller table. This movement, called “leaf”, has been designed to allow the slab to be detached from the next one and can be excluded by operator terminal.
This carriage is supplied with touch screen control panel to set up all parameters. An ultra sonic sensor is detecting the carriage positioning. The carriage is moved by means gearmotor, inverter controlled, for a precise and delicate loading of slabs.
The automatic operation of the carriage runs by means of sensors: they check the position of the machine, the presence or absence of slab and the connection with the roller conveyor.

THE UNIQUE FEATURES OF COMANDULLI STORM MACHINE
The main structure of the machine (bridge, shoulders, table, holding disc carriage) is made of electro-welded steel, effectively protected from the corrosion by means of a treatment cycle including sandblasting, metallization and painting; it is equipped with a 17,6 (S6) Kw electro-spindle which holds a diamond disc with maximum diameter 625 mm (750 or850); the disc is protected by a cover.
The holding disc spindle moves along the bridge (X axis) on recirculating balls linear guides lubricated with grease and effectively protected. The movement is obtained by a motoreducer with mechanism pinion/rack controlled by a brushless motor with variable speed.
The bridge (Y axis) moves onto rails by means of ball rollers immersed in oil which are suitably protected; the movement is obtained by a motoreducer with pinion/rack mechanism controlled by a brushless motor with variable speed.
The holding disc spindle has a vertical stroke (Z axis) of 400mm (option 500 and 600 mm); the movement is obtained by a motoreducer with a recirculating balls screw mechanism, sliding onto chromate guides.
The disc holding spindle is able to rotate of 330° (A axis). The movement is obtained by a zero play precise motoreducer, operated by a brushless motor with variable speed.
The diamond disc can manually tilt up to 46° for making sloping cuts.
The table is tilting by means of 2 big size pneumatic pistons, and it is covered by a slab of marine wood.
The electrical cabinet is positioned on the right side of the machine structure, at the ground level.
The hanging control panel is positioned on the right side of the machine structure.
It includes the complete set of commands to run the machine in automatic or manual mode, and it has a colour touch screen technology with visualized diagnostic by means of photographs.
The machine is equipped with a linear laser for the alignment of the stone pieces and indication of the cut; the laser is mounted on the holding disc structure and moves in conjunction with it.
Drawing program to be installed in the customer’s office and to draw templates and to import files in DXF format.

The strong base, built in normalized steel work with large thickness longitudianl and transversal elements, has been further stiffened through continuous sloped structures that protect conveyor belt lower route by conveying water and eventual waste directly to ground.
All surfaces matching the upper structures have been machined through one sole positioning on the tool machine to achieve perfect units coupling.
The multi-clothe anti-slip conveyor belt is controlled by two large diameter rolls: a traction roll powered through an epicyclical gear motor, an idle roll equipped with tension devices.
Mobile beam, in heavy steel work, is designed as a sole body with a very rigid closed section. The beam slides in oil bath on hardened and ground large diameter rolls into housings, that are protected through fixed labyrinth guards, inside the bridges. Beam transversal movement is controlled by two gear motors, synchronized through a connecting shaft, which drive two helical tooth pinions tempered and ground with two racks fixed on the bridges.
Two special devices constantly lubricate with oil the contact between pinion and racks.
Two adjustable rolls units control mobile beam longitudinal position and contrast spindle vertical push working on hardened guides fixed onto bridges outer sides.This technology allows for very smooth beam transversal movement because it clears racks and pinions from vertical stress and renders pulling, instead of pressing, conveyor belt longitudinal action.

In line after the polishing machine, the slab passes over a synchronized roller conveyor through a special dark room where lighting system is perfectly controlled. A series of calibrated color references are used to adjust and control the perfect color rendering of the slab, making today the color measurable. This process takes a few seconds and does not impact in any way with the production flow.
The high resolution image is immediately available, while the image analysis is carried out with a cloud server system. The chromatic model is suitable to be downloaded in streaming and for synchronization to the producer’s on-line store; it could as well be displayed in Sixaview web platform.
The new technology
1 – HD SHOOTING
The shooting process of the slab is carried out in a place ideal for perfectly capturing shape and colors and to enhance all its qualities. Each type of material, from whites to blacks, from beige to colored ones, can be shot with the automatic settings of the control system.
2 – TRUE COLORS AND MEASURABILITY
The dedicated software makes the surface virtually illuminated in an uniform way and color charts ensure that the tolerances relative to color measurements are very tight. In this way the slabs look “alive”, and the details turn amazing, allowing today to measure the color on a virtual slab model. The geometry is as well measurable.
3 – VIRTUAL 2D INSPECTION
It is possible to virtually inspect each slab: the operator shall be able to report hallmarks and defects using special software functions, so as to clarify the intrinsic characteristics of the utilized material and of the out-coming finishing. Inspection refers to an online library which is constantly updated.
4 – VIRTUAL 2D NESTING AND MOKE-UP
Specific nesting algorithms allow to optimize the exploitation of every single slab according to the bill of material of cut to size items, possibly avoiding or limiting the inclusion of defective material areas: the best possible positioning of the products to be cut within the usable area of the forecast slabs will be automatically calculated. The files obtained are available for those Architects who could be interested in a virtual moke-up.

GS131 is a gang saw designed for the quick sawing of marble blocks by means of diamond blades.
Stemming from the fusion of extensively tested technical solutions and PEDRINI cutting edge technology, GS131 allows for high cutting stroke and ensures straight cuts and maximum lowering speed.
The special “pendulum” system which allows the blades holder frame to move without any friction, makes this machine smooth and efficient.
The gang saw GS131 is mainly composed of:

The four very large section columns are made in heavy normalized steel work.
Each column has been built and machined as a solid piece, that comprises the relevant guide for the block holder platform vertical slliding, to guarantee the perfect geometry of the entire machine.
The accurate machining operation performed on all the connecting surfaces allows for easy and correct assembly of the columns with the transversal and the longitudinal beams, to form the machine supporting structure.
The compactness of the structural welding and of the mechanical parts is ultrasound controlled.
All the parts have undergone structural checks following the FEM (Finite Element Method) and their precision ensures perfect machine geometry and easy and correct in loco assembly.
The structural components surfaces are protected with three coats applied after the sandblasting operation.
The raising and lowering movement of the block carrier trolley holder platform is performed through four large screws, moved upward by four rotating lead nuts equipped with drop-free devices and wear control.
The four gear motors containing the lead nuts are connected by a direct transmission, without any interposition of chains, driven by a gear motor
for top and low speeds.
The screws threads have been finished with a rolling operation that provided the pitch precision and an hardened smooth surface.
The block carrier trolley lifting platform slides on two “V”prismatic guides and on two flat guides; all the guides are covered by interchangeable stainless steel plates.
The correct vertical sliding movement is ensured by sliding blocks lined with low friction coefficient material and held in contact with the guides by a pre-loaded system that amortizes the cutting stress.

KEPLERO is the revolutionary system to create and publish astonishing realistic 3D models of stone blocks, leaving no questions unattended about color nuances, shape and dimensions, fractures, hallmarks and defects.
The system is based on a dark room and a roto-tilting device capable to properly and easily handle blocks up to 40 tons. Inside the room the lightening system is calibrated and controlled, so that the model creation is repeatable and constant.
The elaboration is carried out with a cloud server system and the 3D model is suitable to be observed thanks to a special online viewer as well as a 3D pdf file. The model is also suitable for synchronization to the producer’s store on-line but it could be as well displayed in Sixaview web platform.
The new technology
1 – VIRTUAL 3D RENDERING
A reverse engineering process is applied, aiming to transform the physical block in an 3D virtual model, extremely faithful in geometry and color. The data acquisition takes place through a rigorous process of shooting of high resolution images on two orbital planes obtained by purposeful rotation and tilting of the block itself.
2 – VIRTUAL 3D INSPECTION
The 3D model of the block is such a realistic one to make possible today the virtual block inspection: the inspection quality is guaranteed by the possibility of fully observe the six faces of the block in details. Through dedicated algorithms the inspector can annotate directly on the virtual model the following points: fractures, holes, hallmarks and defects (about this, a specific library is online available and constantly updated).
3 – VIRTUAL 3D CUTTING
With the virtual block inspection it is possible to get the slabs outcome forecast by freely pre-determinate the following information set: position of the block in the cutting phase, face cutting start and step of the blades. The profile of each slab will result along with the intersection of eventual fractures and holes. The K% factor will summarize in a single numeric value the block’s output recovery.

By using Hrvp Extended is guaranteed the resin percolation into all fractures connected to the external block surface. This operation gives the best solution to get a block that can be cut even if the material was fragile or really fractured.
There are now two treatments with a new phase:

Catalysis of reinforced block: once the blocks have been reinforced and hardened they are placed inside hardening chambers that previously have been heated by means of electric or gas generator until the resin becomes hard
CHARACTERISTICS RESINS
We use bi-component epoxy resins studied properly for the HRVP process. The special formulations produced change according to the material of the block to be worked and to its fractures.
The plant sale contract includes the resins supply for a period to be established during the negotiations.

The stone* dust extraction benches represent a very efficient solution for stone fabricator shops.
All our dust benches are made of a sturdy non vibrating metal structure, carefully protected by ceramic and epoxy paint to ensure a long lifetime. The work surface is made up of strong and resistant timber planks.

High dust suction and suppression power: the combination of a powerful motor, a high pressure fan and state-of-the-art suppression technologies will strongly reduce the amount of dust in your laboratory.
Immediately operational and user-friendly: the installation does not require masonry works, just connect to the needed electrical, water or pneumatic supplies (according to the model).

XAGUA is a water-system suction bench for air cleaning, it uses the water to wet the stone* dust and ceramic dust
How does it work?
An impressive suction effect all over the perimeter of the XAGUA guides the stone* dust effectively inside the machine, where it is captured by nebulized water drops. The created air flow is forced several times to change direction and the centrifugal forces abate the muddy particles into the tank. Drop separators with lamellar structure inside the dust extraction bench retain the humidity inside. The continuous water overflow takes out the dirty water from the bench.
The compact and sturdy metal structure, protected by ceramic and epoxy paint, together with galvanized steel plates and the pvc drop separators assure a low sound pressure and the investment in the long term.
