General features:
The bridge cutting machine SNM-FR is used for reducing marble and granite slabs into strips and tiles.
The motor is directly mounted on the spindle. The spindle unit moves vertically by means of an electric motor and reduction gear. The operating head is moved back and forward along the bridge by a rack and pinion assembly driven by a reduction gear motor. It is installed on a slide that moves on the bridge on hard-chrome plated guides protected by suitable caters. The slide movement takes place on a perfectly protected oil bathed guides and its speed is electronically tuned.
The heavy duty steel work table rotates manually on a completely sealed and lubricated roller bearing with a diameter of 500mm. It can be locked in any position from 0° to 360° and there are two locating pins at 0° and 90°.
The insulated electric panel attached to the bridge provides the operator convenient access to all the controls (each function is protected by a thermal relay).
Electric cables and tubes are supported by nylon cable holding chains.
The 2-step digital preset counter and frequency inverter enables the operator to program acceleration and deceleration brakes for a precise cut with smooth moves.

Using laser instrument, Italy imported magnetic scale, microcomputer PLC. The machine is full automation and easy to operate, the work efficiency also improved. There are 4 models of this machine SZQJ-400/600/700/800.
The worktable can be rotated for 45, 90 and 360 degrees, a variety of rotation methods.
The main motor power can be selected from 15KW, 18.5KW and 22KW. It is available as an option. It meets the cutting requirements of large-size plates on the market.

The SNM-DEI is a heavy duty monobloc bridge cutting machine suitable for all factories working in the stone industry. When equipped with suitable tooling it is capable of working marble, granite. Cement etc... it is easy to handle and maintenance free.
The main structure is made of heavy duty steel in order to ensure maximum stability and quality of the machine over time. The table's sliding surface is composed of very thick plates which are machined on five sides.
The bridge is made of a very stiff box type frame and the base of the slide ways is directly machined on the bridge.
The placement of slide ways is quick and expensive and enables this machine to keep its accuracy indefinitely.
Metal shoulders replace conventional concrete walls, facilitating installation and transport of the machine.
The disk is directly mounted on the motor and the machine is suitable for inclined cuts from 0 to 45
The forward and return movement of the head is powered by a brushless AC motor with inverter.
The machine is equipped with end stops both forward and reverse as well as up and down.
The driving system inside gears is case hardened before final grinding.
