Designed and manufactured according to the up-to-date concepts and structural principles, the OMEGA series, automatic multispindle belt polishing machine, is remarkable for its performance and production on every kind of marble and granite. The QUADRIX DG 1000 - 1300 – 1600 - 2000 are large dimension CNC multifunctional work centres with 5/6 interpolated axis with Z stroke from 1000 up to 2000 mm. These models are greatly used for working profiles and shapes of all types, straight, concave, convex, arches, drilling in 2 and 3 dimensional works, columns, sculptures and all types of cutting process.
The Quadrix DG are work centres designed to be very versatile with high production capacities. KRONOS is a 5/6 axis interpolated milling/work center machine with automatic tool change. It is available in the version with a Z axis stroke of 600 mm or with a Z axis stroke of 800 mm.
It is one of a kind machine as it combines the typical features of a milling cutter and those of a work center/contouring machine. KSD 1 is a multifunction machine ideal to automate the process for the performance of pre-set systems for fixing of slabs, claddings and panels in marble, stone and ceramic for interior and exterior applications.
The 2 independent bridges system, each one equipped with 1 ISO 40 electro-spindle, allows to carry-out processing operation in parallel way so reducing production times. CNC technology and software grant sequential programming of different types of processing, so avoiding handling or manual works or processing by the use of machines.
The great flexibility is guaranteed by the conveyor belts: it widen and shrink automatically according on the width of the piece to be processed.
Maximum slab thickness 100 mm, minimum slab dimensions 210x210 mm and maximum slab dimensions 1500x2000 mm (width x length).
