The closed frame gang saw can cut marble slabs of various thickness. The closed frame gang saw is realized to install from 80 up to 100 diamond blades. The closed structure means that the blade holder frame is not moving up and down, the vertical movement of the block is given by n.4 worm screws connected to the block trolley.
The rectilinear movement is given on 4 articulated rectilinear guides attached to the closed frame structure. The painted covers are subject to cataphoresis treatment which follows different phases: degreasing of the piece, spry or dipping pre-treatment, electroplating bath which uses the electric power to plate the paint as to make a uniform skin, after-washing and furnace baking.

How much do you have to pay to clean the water pits of your workshop? And separate sludge by yourself, manually, how long does it take?
Hydrò is an extremly simple way to collect, filter and to dehydrate mud which accumulates in the water pit when processing marble, granite and other stone materials.
The foldable bag support allows to install and to move the sludge dehydrator system to any place where it is convenient for you and does not require any fixed structure.
How does it work?
A stainless steel pump with a capacity of 200 l/min conveys the slurry water in a hydro-cyclone, which acts as the separating device: the water, which contains less heavy mud particles, leaves the cyclone on the top and is pushed back into the pit, where it exits under the pump to remove the mud from the bottom.
Mud and sludge are discharged directly in the filter bag placed under the cyclone (20 – 30 l/min): here the water drain out of the bag and the mud gets dry and hardens. Finally the bag can be easily disposed of.
