OZKKM 700/500 AQUILA is monobloc bridge sawing machines that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allow every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up quality. The standard versions of AQUILA 700/500 is monobloc, i.e.: mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. For this reason, if necessary, they can be easily moved elsewhere. The monobloc configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed time by time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being done.
OZKKM 700/500 AQUILA is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM”* analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machines, both have technical solutions similar to the ones of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, except for the Z axis, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start)
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate discs up to a diameter of 700 mm for the AQUILA 700, diameter of 500 mm for the AQUILA 500. The head of that machine can rotate “IN CONTINUOUS” i.e. always making the less route for positioning between one cut and another, for the benefit of productivity. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is possible to draw on the X-Y plane circles and circle arches of any size, in all the positions of the working area. The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc is manual from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be equipped with a tilting table (option) to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces

OZKKM CRUX is monobloc bridge sawing machines that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allow every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up quality. The standard versions of CRUX is monobloc, i.e.: mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. For this reason, if necessary, they can be easily moved elsewhere. The monobloc configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed time by time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being done.
OZKKM CRUX is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM”* analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machines, both have technical solutions of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start).
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc can be arranged automatically from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be equipped with a tilting table (option) to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces.
Crux performs multiple and complex machining processes that would normally require several machines. It can cut blocks and slabs into workpieces, profile blocks to obtain complex workpieces with a cutting disc, form recesses and profile workpieces with milling tools, and perform engravings and reliefs. End-products that can be obtained with Crux include but are not limited to countertops, sinks, vanity tops, tables, stairs, fireplaces, floors bathtubs, sculptures, wall panels, gravestones and funerary art. This array of different products from different sectors that can be covered with Crux goes to show you the flexibility and practicality this machine will provide.
Common bridge cuttings features aside, Crux can be equipped with CADCAM software and incorporates 5 axis CNC interpolation capability to realize unique and limitless designs in natural stone. The machine also boasts milling tool mountable to the saw motor, enabling 90° cuts and contour milling on curves; thereby ensuring the 5 axis machining capability to its full extent.
Crux offers cut-to-size, camera, optimization, nesting and vacuum lifting features on one machine. Software allows by utilizing the photographs of slabs the possibility of programming the cutting operation whilst considering actual design and vein & bookmatch conditions on the slab before they are even placed on the worktable.
On X and Y axes, precision pinions-racks, carriages with full complement recirculating roller system and corresponding guideways are employed. Greasing could be applied easily via only one point. These are covered against dust and dirt by bellows.
